As the studio’s technical lead, Casey oversees the detailed design and construction stages, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of buildability and compliance.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of building regulations and construction methods, Casey plays a key role in translating design concepts into fully realised buildings. His leadership blends technical precision with practical insight, making him an invaluable guide from early design to on-site execution.

Kwame Ofusu

Kwame Ofusu leads the design direction at CWO Design Studios, bringing creativity, vision, and a deep understanding of spatial planning to every project. With a strong background in architectural design and concept development, Kwame ensures that each scheme reflects both client aspirations and site context with clarity and elegance.

As Head of Design, Kwame champions a user-centred approach, balancing form and function to create spaces that are both inspiring and practical. His expertise in space planning is key to unlocking the full potential of even the most complex or constrained sites.

Head of Design & Planning / Lead Architect

Emmanuel

Emmanuel serves as the Head of Design and Planning at CWO Design Studios and is the studio’s Lead Architect. With strong expertise across both creative design and the planning process, he plays a central role in shaping proposals that are not only visionary but also deliverable.

Emmanuel specialises in navigating planning policy, site constraints, and community needs — ensuring that every design stands up to scrutiny while maintaining architectural integrity. His experience spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a particular talent for coordinating between stakeholders and securing approvals.

As Lead Architect, Emmanuel brings balance to the design team — combining creativity, compliance, and client priorities to lead projects from concept through to planning success.

Senior Architectural Assistant

Beanard

Beanard is a key member of the CWO Design Studios team, supporting the design and technical delivery of projects across all stages. As a Senior Architectural Assistant, he plays an essential role in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation to support planning applications and construction packages.

Beanard is known for his reliability, eye for detail, and ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable outputs. Whether coordinating consultant information or refining internal layouts, he contributes to the smooth progression of every project he’s involved in.

Dedicated and highly collaborative, Beanard helps ensure CWO’s design vision is realised with precision and care.

IT & Office Support

Kim

Kim provides essential IT and administrative support at CWO Design Studios, keeping the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing software, file systems, and digital tools to ensuring day-to-day operations stay on track, Kim plays a vital role in maintaining the team’s efficiency and workflow.

Her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and friendly approach make her a valued member of the team — always ready to assist with tech issues, scheduling, or studio coordination.
